Cairns Youth Foyer

The Queensland Government is proposing to build a youth foyer in Manoora, Cairns.

It will provide vulnerable young people aged 16 to 25 years old a place to live.

The development will provide approximately 40 units of self-contained accommodation where young people can rent a place to live while being supported into education and employment.

Experienced youth support staff will provide 24/7 onsite assistance for the tenants.

We will be consulting with the community about the project and young people will be able to contribute to a co-design process.
